Training together is

the only way to experience the fullest enjoyment Strength training can offer.

Enemies
to your success

We know the struggle and can help

Lack of guidance

Navigating toward your strength goals can be overwhelming and stressful. Not having confidence in your lifting abilities is preventing you from making progress.

Lack of aim

Relying on will-power and self condemnation will never sustain your healthy habits. Not having an aim means you will eventually lose steam and quit. You need something meaningful to aim at.

Lack of community

At Iron Guild Strength, we have discovered that to experience the fullest enjoyment strength training can offer, you need community. When people work together to hit their strength goals, it creates not only a great sense of accomplishment, but a community where people feel they belong.

The Guild

At The Iron Guild, we understand what it’s like for training to feel boring and ineffective.

I’ve personally felt like this many times over my seventeen years of lifting, and for the past seven years of training people in Austin, I’ve discovered that training is far more effective and meaningful when training with others toward a common goal.

That’s why we host community challenges that give people a common aim to strive for together.

At the Iron Guild, we believe that you should enjoy your workouts and reach your full potential in the gym. The problem is that most people's workouts lack support and direction and are therefore ineffective. Believe me, I know how frustrating this can be!!

We understand what it’s like to be frustrated and bored with your current training method. I’ve personally felt like this many times over my 19 years of lifting, and for the past eight years of training people in Austin, I’ve discovered that training is far more effective and meaningful when training with others toward a common goal.

That’s why we host community challenges that give people a common aim to strive for together. Here’s how we make this happen. First, book a free consultation and lifting assessment Then let us find the right quest for you, from group classes, personal training, or even online training. Then you’re ready to start training as a guild member.

5 fears that stop people from getting started

1.

"Training is expensive; will I get a return on my investment?"

2.

"I'm not sure it will work for me"

3.

"How long will it take to get results?"

4

"I've tried personal training classes before and it didn't work for me"

5

I'm worried I won't be strong or coordinated enough to do powerlifting or Strongman training

We understand these fears!

I myself have had a bad experience with different trainers in the past and it can definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth.

It can be very hard to commit your hard earned dollars to a service with so many question marks.

That’s why we want you to have the peace of mind that if after thirty days with us, if you don’t think the Iron Guild is a good fit for you, you will receive a full refund of services purchased from the first thirty days.

Tom

"I never thought of myself as a “gym-goer” and certainly not a "weightlifter." "The few times I joined friends at the gym I felt out of place. "It just wasn’t for me. "Now I really look forward to lifting at the gym and following Stephen’s program."

"Before working with Stephen, I didn't believe I had the strength to compete in Strongman." "I have seem quicker strength gains than I thought possible in a short amount of time, and within a few months of training, won the first strongman comp I entered."

Bernie

"I have lost 60 lbs and have been rapidly changing my body in the past several months and move farther, lift heavier things, and am more active now than I've been in a decade."

Without guidance, aim and community, you aren't accessing your full potential and are wasting your precious time in the gym.
